I received the Linksys RE6300 AC750 Boost Wi-Fi range extender free from Linksys but I would have gladly paid full price knowing what I know now.
While I can only talk about reliability in the short term, I have only had this extender a short period of time.
It feels somewhat hollow.I currently own a Linksys E6400 N router.

Using the built in spot finder I was able to optimize the placement of the range extender between my router and the shop and now I have 4 bars of connection where I was lucky to get 1 before.
